From the Gypsy Archives~
On the drive home, I wrote out a sketch for a new beginning. I have new beginnings once or twice every month, I’ll be the first to warn you of that. It doesn’t mean I don’t finish what I start. It means I’m constantly seeking growth and opportunity. I’m always open to new ideas and methods of attracting and harboring happiness, and I won’t ever become complacent. Here’s my newest new beginning, verbatim from my own hand:
“Caught One More Time on Cyprus Avenue
I may go crazy before that mansion on the hill.
I think I’ll walk by the railroad with my cherry cherry wine.”
-> New beginnings, always:
~red, red cherry wine only on occasion
~Mother’s Market every few days — walk there to stock up
~Vegetable wrap for breakfast ~~ Cashews, black beans, green onions, carrots, avocado, seeds (flax, pumpkin, sunflower, sesame)
~Be the runner that I LOVE to be!
~Be the yogi that I LOVE to be!
~Save my money.
~Speak up. Be authentic. Do not fear confrontation. Be truthful. Uphold my passions.
~Practice talents.
~Shy not from socially challenging situations.
~Reread East of Eden—-and finish it this time!
~Plan Canada!!
~Focus on HAPPINESS, not health.
~~Because when you are happy, health ensues. It has been a beautiful, beautiful couple of days. I feel energized and ready to regroup in my home and come back to what I’ve always known is my true passion: simplicity, freshness, sweetness, and boundless love. Gypsy, out.
